You should have received an email with a username and password to allow you to control the webforwarding and email forwarding of your domains using the SiteWizard DNS control panel. You can also administer much lower level technical aspects of your domain such as MX and A records, should you wish to do so.

A number of domain names have been transfered over to us with this migration that we have no records of (i.e. They were not in the FireVision database but WERE registered through FireVision) If you have not heard from us it is because the email address we have for you is out of date or you are one of the few hundred people we have no record of. If you have not heard from us then please FAX us with your domain name(s) and new contact details (including email) on headed stationary or with your full contact details. We will have to request security information from you, but will get your domain(s) working again as fast as possible. If your domains are due for renewal it is important that you contact us as soon as possible to give us your contact details. We can't renew your domain(s) without them!
